Hi,
Very cozy lounge.
I really hope this part of the forum gets going as its great to have someone to 'chew the fat' with (eek and I'm a veggie!) when things just don't work right.
Hope your getting lots of cups of tea whilst you work really hard at getting the new statcounter up and running.
Cheers. X.
Yeah, I hope this part of the forum takes off as well. But that's really up to you and the rest of the StatCounter members. Talk about whatever you want in here, if you want another forum to discuss other webmaster issues let me know.
BTW you go the 1000th post on the forum geekgirl.

We've already had Santa over. We usually celebrate on Christmas eve at our place and Christmas day at my parents' place. Gifts are on Christmas eve.
Now I'm relaxing a bit before I have to tackle 2 sink-fulls of dishes and left-overs that need to be put away.

We had our Christmas on the evening of the 20th, as Madelyn was going to be at her mothers. Her daddy my son is also working tonight and the 20th was his day off.
It's a bit sad without Christmas to look forward to in the morning. And today has been a very long day. oh hum

I'm having coffee thank you. Pass the crumpets please.
I'm having coffee, with a slice of toasted bread thank's.
BTW, how many different flavours of tea have you tasted? ;-)
Resurrecting a 18-month old thread? You guys must be desperate for things to talk about.

18 months? This thread started in October 2003! We are making it the longest (in time) running thread on Statcounter.
Wonder why not anybody asked for tea last year?
LOL ... I didn't roll all the way back to the beginning.
We obviously don't drink a lot of tea in here. :-)
Reminds me of a story about some monks bickering over the porridge ... but I won't go into that here.

I akin this thread to a "howdy neighbor". Just a nice way to start the day or end the evening. It evokes all kinds of sweet, kind and thoughtful things for me.
Although I'm having my morning coffee!

Well, I'm actually having a cup of tea here in China where it all started - right now at this instant. It's not China Tea as in Imperial Qi Zhong Lapsang Reserve Rock Oolong (Organic) 2007 which costs $8.75 for 50 grams (1.8 ounces), but plain old English Breakfast Tea from Harrowgate in Yorkshire.

I'm a coffee person. Tea with lemmon maybe if I'm feeling sick or if it's late at night and I feel like having coffee but know better ;)
I could drink jasmine tea by the buckets though.

But with a shot of Scotch would be nice. Wait, I don't drink; ok, pass the crumpets.
