help! counter very slow

Hi

I need some help, i've had the counter on for about 3 weeks now and it great! although its now all of a sudden become very slow and takes a bout 2 mins to show up on the site???

I've re entered the html code but its still the same, i'd appreciate any help

not quite sure what the problem was. it's fixed now though.
