I have tried many counters in the past year, and this one seems to be the best so far but there is one thing critical that it's missing. I understand that it takes up a lot of space to save all the visitor info for a website but, the "Came from" info, "OS", and "Resolution" should be saved just like the summary gets saved. Without this, it is impossible to analyze where your traffic is coming from on a long-term basis, what your users are using for an OS, etc...for a site such as mine, this is crucial, but then again, for everyone's site. The only way to improve a website's performance/search engine rank is analyze and interpret the logs and make the appropriate changes. I would definetely pay a reasonable monthly sum for this service if the above requests were fulfilled.
