email stats every "X" event

would it be possible to get a file of stats emailed at a certain point?

for example...

send email every 1000 hits?
or send email every day at a certain time?

might this be possible?? it would be good if so!!

mainly because I am thinking of buying more space on your servers for the extra log info..... as I get about 6000 page views a day at the mo, so all my stats are a bit rubbishy cos they all come from my forum.... but I put another counter on the forum (one I wrote, very basic) which ignored all my own referring stats, and it turns out I am getting hundreds of hits from search engines which I didnt know about... mainly because my stats are wiped out with only 1000 logs....

if I could get 8000 logs or something, then I would get the stats set to an email, and could paste them in to excel for a permenant record. Otherwise, I dont have any sorts of records?

we can give you a log of 100,000 or a 1,000,000 and more.

The problem at the minute, is that the interface isn't the best to handle huge log files at the moment.

the advanced tracker we'll be launching next year will be able to do this easily and very well. and the reporting will be very fast.

Your current log quota is at 100 - a log quota up to about 1,000 works well with the standard tracking project. we can do the 1,000 log quota for the standard tracker, and it works well.

We'll be hoping to offer this service at about $1 a month but we haven't the right billing and support options in place to handle this on a large scale yet.

if you want to get this upgrade immediately, we can sort something out for you (the StatCounter.com site itself is already enjoying this upgrade).

Once you get the email thing developed can you have it so you can e-mail the stats to multiple addresses?

For example, I am the webmaster for a band. I would like to email them the stats each month, but dont have to have to forward it. I would like to e-mail directly from statcounter's site to all 4 addresses.

I'd like to keep track of the stats now, but it only displays for 100 hits (I think? vs. # of visitors?). It would be cool now if there was an automatic e-mail just saying that you've reached 100 page hits so I can then log into the site and copy the stuff. A simple tiding-me-over kind of thing until the fancy e-mail reports are ready.

I'd like to now keep a more accurate record of the stats, but every time I log in now, it's more than 100, so I'm always missing some, even when I check every couple of days.

I love the country/city stats now - great job! :D
