Account upgrade

Although I have upgraded to the 1000 log service, I am still only seeing the last 100 logs. Have I wrongly configured my account?

Hello,

Email couldn't get through to either of the email addresses you gave so we weren't able to explain the system.

You login to your account > installation & configuration > adjust log

Your account has been upgrded, at least we think it has. If you are that user we couldn't get through to - to tell you what to do. What's your username? booksprite isn't in the main statcounter database.

Thanks for the response - I don't know why my email address didn't work for you. I'll look into it. My statcounter username is chrisgodfrey. I managed to reconfigure my account shortly after I upgraded to 1000. The revised figure 1100 showed up almost immediately. However, the sum of the entries in the log for each category has remained at 100, even though I have more visitors since then. I would have expected that to increase (up to 1100). Have I got hold of the wrong end of the stick? I would appreciate it if you could take a look at my account.

Hello,

as I see the number of entries at each category had exceeded 100, so the seems to be upgraded. There's possibility, we couldn't be able to recognize resolution or operating system of every user accessing your page - because for disabled javascript, but log quota seems updated correctly.
