I keep getting redirected to **** sites

:oops: I just installed StatCounter a couple days ago. It works fine & I like everything about it except that when I click the visitors link on the Statistics menu I get re-directed to some truly hard-core **** sites. This seems happens about 30% to 40% of the time. Has this happened to anyone else? Is ther anything I can do to stop it?

This has never happened to me browsing any other website.

I like adaware myself to get rid of that stuff.

OK, I installed & ran Adaware & that seems to have fixed it. Thanks for the tip.

I had been using "SpyBot Search & Destroy" & in fact ran it again before trying Adaware, but Adaware found quite a few items (86) that Spybot had missed.

I use both Adaware and Spybot. That keeps things down to a dull roar :)
But remember to run the update checker on both of them.
