Counter Not Logging Visits Anymore

The people that visit my website usually come to it by clicking on my AIM profile and then clicking on the link provided. What they don't know is that each time they do, I can tell who goes to my website and when by using this link spy thing.

The link spy says I got one visit on Jan 3rd, and two visits on the Jan 4th, but those visits aren't logged onto Statcounter for some reason.

Is there any reason they aren't being logged anymore? Would clearing the history on my computer, clearing cookies have something to do with it? My log usage is at 67 right now.

are you sure you are still getting visitors? is your code still installed correctly on your website?

i think i might have to same problem. as i was in the process of checking my stats, suddenly everything from december 31st on (basically the entire month of january) got set back to zero. i don't know what happened, but before that it was difficult to log in.

*edit: never mind, its back, don't know what was wrong but...if its not broken don't fix it! :) so i wont question

We just did a major upgrade of the database servers. They're big dual xeons now with more ram.

The reporting server is just catching up - give it 30 mins. Can't wait that long? So we set the reporting back to the main database again for the moment.
