My Counter is not appearing on my page...

Hi, my counter isn't working on my webpage. It also isn't working on the preview in the configuration settings. It comes up with a red cross. Can anyone help me on this, or is it simply a bug in the system?

I posted in general and someone else there has the same problem. It is the image that is not downloading. I figure it is something small that can be fixed. It is still recording info.

We've configured the main counter server to better handle the load. It should be going through lightning fast again - there would have been a bit of a slow down for the last few hours though.

We'll be looking into this more as well.
