cool service, like that old free one... planet extreme I think? extreme stats? ext... whatever. they might have required you to pay a monthly fee if you didnt want to show their logo on your page though. not sure, I'll have to check em up.
the times on the forums are strange for people in the U.S., but if they're not the vast majority of users, then GMT is probably more equitable. or maybe it's impossible to change it ^_^

What forum time would people like as the default?

StatCounter has a completely international membership base. Almost every country out there and some we never even heard of before.
