Increased Log Quota

I increased my log quota to 10,000. I used paypal and got an email confirming payment. I'm still getting only a limit of 100. I tried increasing my project, and it's telling me I can't, I'm not a member. Please Help!

Many thx for the upgrade. What is your case-sensitve StatCounter username? "Greg" is not in the database.

The email address you sent payment to is also not in the database.

We need your username to upgrade your account.

There was something strange with paypal because you placed your order on new years eve - it got carried forward. And it never seemed to go through our automation script to get your account automatically upgraded for some reason. We still need that username.

I just assumed there was some kind of lag time, but when I got my notice of payment from paypal and still no automatic upgrade (my understanding), I thought there might be a problem.

Please forgive my ignorance, I'm new to making websites. But, the log size, do I understand this correctly, the free 100, this means I get detailed stats on 100 different people, once the 100 is reached, it starts all over again.

Now that I upgraded, this is good for 10,100.
