Just click on that google link and Google will pop up with the exact search that the user used.
You can then see where you rank on that search.

I find it great as it gives the most acurate showing of what the person was looking for..

When I click on the google link I just end up with a blank page. Same with Yahoo, whilst other referring sites appear normally. Any ideas why?

Try cutting and pasting it into google. But it always works for me to click on it.
