User identification / registration

I 've a couple of questions...

I have a web site where people do register by their email @. Is that possible to gather statistics by "user" instead of by IP adress ?

Also, are the stats exportable to an SQL server. I want to link pages to topics and correlate user profiles to center of interest ...
