Counts decreasing

I have noticed on the "popular" stats that the hits on certain pages have been decreasing. For example, just this morning I wrote down the numbers on my 2 top pages before going to get dressed. They were 114 and 101. After dressing and checking again they were 109 and 99. I had been noticing this happening before but thought I may be mistaken and that is why I wrote the counts down. This is obviously a bug that needs attention since inaccurate numbers are no good to anyone.

I can see why you might think that. But remember the popular stats are based on your limited log size. So the oldest visitors get removed and your new ones get recorded - how the whole system works.

I have a paid account and have only used this service for 6 days with less than 1000 page views per day....the log should not fill up that quickly!
