I was on cable and it was easy to block my one IP addy. Now that I'm on dialup I would like to be able to block a range. What possibilities are allowable?

edit: I may have just answered my own question. I turned on the cookie exclude and replaced the code in my site and it seems to be correctly excluding me now..... we'll see....
