incorrect time shown on log file

I created the counters around 1 PM and logged on to my site. The stats show that I logged onto my site around 8 AM. Can I correct this? I have my own time zone entered in my profile.

You need to set the timezone for your project as well.

(installation & configuration > edit project settings)
