You are without doubt an exception to the norm...
I manage quite a few websites and have been looking for some sensible and meaningful stats, that would be ok to post on commercial sites and be totally invisible without paying through the nose.
The other problem is the business owner does not want adds or such all over his site. The info provided by the host is fairly substansive but analysing it then formatting it for the business user takes too much time.
Your site is enabling me to look at the possibility of charging for my time which in turn will allow me to upgrade my account with you.
First class honors go to you for your initiative for being the bold enough to offer support and service.
