Counter Not Displaying

Installed the visible counter code, but both MSIE6.0 and Mozilla 1.6 on my W2K-SP4 machine can't display them. Pls help. Thks in adv. URL below:

I don't see it and I got no clue why.

I can see it in both MSIE 6.0 and Mozilla 1.6. I don't know why you cannot see it.

I see it now, I had to hunt through the rubble of invalid charcters.

Strange---now I can see the counter in both MSIE and Mozilla. I don't know what you had done, but Webmaster, thanks for the reply.
