Upon clicking " login" this is the message I recieve...
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: ectstandardlogusage() in /home/statcounter/www/include/database/Database.php on line 960
obviously I can't login to my console.
Thanks for fixing the last bug a few days ago but could you fix this one too please?
This behavior just began.
Please advise

Busy week eh?
We're doing a lot of behind the scenes maintenance right now.
But this problem should be fixed, it should only have been like that for a half an hour at the most.
Are you still having problems with it?

Still a problem. It's been going on for about 45 minutes.
Big white screen single line of type with that error message.
I'm patient.
Thanks

update
nothing has changed I'm still locked out
I just logged into your account right now - it worked fine.
That error does not make sense any more. I have no idea why you are still getting it. did you go to www.statcounter.com - fresh the page - try to log in - refresh the page on the error message

On IE6 I have no problem. But Mozilla still brings up the error message.
This is the address of the errorpage: http://s4.statcounter.com/project/ so I changed it to: http://www.statcounter.com/project/ then hit go and got a login page. This time I loged in to my console.
Try to login at this address, http://www.statcounter.com/ , and I get the error message. Try at, http://www.statcounter.com/project/ , and I can login.

Same thing is happening to me.
Same as artmine, I get the error message unless I login from www.statcounter.com/project/

Ok just checked in MSIE 6.0, Firefox 0.8, Netscape 7.1, and Mozila 1.5 and could login with everyone. I went to www.statcounter.com and then did a cntrl+r (Refresh) of the page each time to make sure the newest code was loaded and it worked fine for me. Please post if you are still having problems.

At http://www.statcounter.com/
the s4.statcounter.com changed to s9.statcounter.com:
<form action="http://s9.statcounter.com/project/" method="POST" name="statcounter" id="statcounter">
Must be a caching problem with your browser/proxy if it still tries to login at s4
there should be no problem with logging into s4 though as well
s2,s4 and s9 are all there for processing your logins
We've added some more details about enabling cookies as this is the real problem.

Well ...
I did get the same error when I tried to use s4,
but it's working again now.

After a good nights sleep all appears to be in working order again.
Thanks for the responses. I did control refresh a number of times last night, and rebooted with no effect. Ran adware and AVG [great free virus checker by the way], defraged and took a shower but I could only get in through /projects which is the dedicated login page with none of the other statcounter info except login. but that is moot , all accesses are restored
