Site looks OK But cant understand a thing !!

The background color and graphics are nice. Maybe you could use a different font and font color that displays nicely on your green background. The main page is slow in loading, I think one of your frames loads very slowly. There are some errors on loading, one of them says that access is denied to something.

Because you're using frames, the page cannot be translated through the Google translator, unfortunately. I mean the individual frames cannot be translated unless I visit those pages separately. I am not sure what the solution would be without getting rid of frames.
