:?: I am new here and just set up a statcounter for my website. What does it mean when it says that Log is set to 100? Does this mean 100 people can visit my site a month and it returns to zero, or does it cancel out when I reach 100 total?

It means that the latest 100 pageviews are kept in the log at all times. As the last pageview is logged, the first pageview is removed from the log.

So it means ALL previuos statistics are also deleted? If so how can I check/ refer my stats in last even 01 week?

True, you can only have the latest 100 logged visits in the free version. If your site is vistied quite often or if it is a large site with the counter on all pages that all get visited frequently, then your log will fill fast.

You have cumulative stats for a few things, but no details. You see those on the Summary page.
