under visitor analysis I see

Country Netherlands
Region Noord-brabant
City 's-hertogenbosch
ISP Energis Uk

this is me, but I'm in the uk...does it mean something different. I know my laptop was repaired in the Netherlands, is this being picked up from my machine?... light on this appreciated.

Probably the IP address you had at the time the visit got logged normally maps to the Netherlands, or the ISP may be based in the Netherlands as well. Ultimately it's up to ISPs to inform the geo-location database services of all IP address distribution changes.
