It looks like a little bug - The ISP name is not displayed alongside with the IP address in Recent Pageload Activity.

Now that (and all others seemingly) statistic is very slow in loading, and I've noticed the url displayed in the status bar sometimes is my.statcounter.com/.... , other times it is my3.statcounter.com/... and back to my.statcounter.com/... as I hover over the link in the left hand side menu - at least for the recent pageload activity.

The ISP is displayed OK in Visitor Path and Country/Stat/City/ISP. Haven't managed to check others where it should be shown because it's so slow going from one to another :(

Are the rest of the stats slow?

that 'recent pageload activity' stat is always going to be slow loading because of the processing necessary, that is never going to change, except with the advanced statcounter project which will be instant.

It also doesn't list the ISP on that page.

Yes the rest of that stats are also slow to load, except for country/city.... which happened to be fast last time, but slow just now. This time the one that was fast was came From .... :?

Are you saying that the ISP info (or I should say the Host name) is no longer part of the recent pageload activity statistic?

We didn't make any changes to it.

It always resolved the hostname and it still does if it can.

It's just likely that the ISP and hostname resolution may somewhat similar sometimes.

Oh hang on i see what you mean - our hostname resolution has been blocked somehow. Right stickifying this until it is sorted.

Sorry, I actually meant the host name, like what you get when you use the gethostbyip function. It's not getting displayed anywhere any more, not even in drill-down stats, instead it's just the IP address appearing.

They were being shown before. My sites are not very active so I have stats going back quite a few days. Yesterday I saw hosts, today I don't, for the same old stats. Somebody must have changed something on the reporting side in the meanwhile and lost that field :D Maybe the pageload.php script which is new and it replaced the old Visitors script is what's lost that field. :?:

It seems to be fixed now, at least in Recent Pageload Activity. Thanks :D

It was a firewall issue. Fixed - de-stickifying.

Oh, then..... this may fix other users' access problems too?????
