I went to view the isp's of visitors to my site (on the country/region/city/isp section) and for some reason a number of visitor isp's were no longer on the list. I would really like to see a record of every single visitor and their "country/region/city/isp" information - a total history list if you like.

Do I have to upgrade my account to get this - currently I am on the free service.

If you upgrade you'll defintely have a much longer history you can keep, but it will never be a complete history, only bases on the maximum number of log entries that the plan allows for. Right now it's based on the last 100 entries. If you upgrade that will gradually increase to your maximum allowed, after which the oldest entries get dropped off in favor of the newest entries.
