We have over 1300 web hosting customers at present and several of them have requested statcounter. Is it possible to integrate on cpanel?

How exactly do you see Statcounter integrated in Cpanel?

If you're thinking in terms of it being like Awstats or Webalizer, well, those are applications that run off server logs, with no code being added to web pages hosted there. Statcounter does not operate that way at present. Perhaps a future version may use the server logs, in addition to page logs. In my opinion this would be a highly desirable development.

As it stands right now there would be nothing to integrate unless you're just referring to a link off of cPanel to Statcounter.
