I'd have expected to find a user forum on your site. I think the best way to judge a webhosting service is by seeing other users' comments, interaction, etc.

I would also like to see more technical information on your datacenter, equipment, etc, including geographical location and perhaps disaster recovery measures.

I will readily admit that your plans sound interesting and competitive with what I consider the best webhosting plans around.
