Hi
I am a new user and despite changing and reinstalling the satcounter code several times, I never get any keywords and usually get "No Referring Link" showing on my stats.
The site is http://www.legalactionbureau.co.uk
I use Web Diversion to divert the user from the host site to the domain name. Is this the problem? Would really appreciate some input.

the way I see it, your first page is ina frameset, but subsequent pages are not.
You correclty use the 'frames" version of the counter on the first page. However the toehr pages whcih are not displayed in frames should have the regular counter, not the frames version.

Hi Christina
Thanks for taking the time to reply.
The page that the Web Divertor uses
http://www.legalactionbureau.co.uk
does use frames - I think - but I cannot change the code on it - only they have access to it.
The rest of my site, hosted on
http://myweb.tiscali.co.uk/apartment/lab/index.html
is actually written as one page with html "name" tags to go to the different areas on the page and the statcounter code I am presently using on this page is "with frames".
Maybe the only solution is to redo the site with separate pages??
I'm still confused! :?
Love the animations on your site by the way
Thanks again

Oh, that's quite unusual - maaning I've never seen that, but then I've obviously not seen everyhting yet :?
Does this mean there's only one file and the statcounter code appears just one time? Or do you have a copy of it between every set of <html> ... </html> tags? (*** intense head scratching ***)

Ok, I saw. You are using #name one your page for navigation. So there's no navigation outside the one index page?

The fact you get no keywords stats means that nobody accesses your site from a search engine.
No referrer also means that your site isn't visited by visitors clicking on a link to your site that sits on some other site.
