More than one project on the same site?

I have a site which is split up in to various sections, each section usualy
having between 10 and 50 pages.
I have been creating different statcounter projects for each section, and
now have about a dozen projects.
I went to set another one up this evening, and noticed for the first time,
that I should only have one project for one site.
Will the fact I have multiple projects on the same site cause me any
problems, will I be likely to lose all my projects one day, and will it
cause any trouble?

As far as I understand this, it should be ok as log as your site is really logically separted into different section and you don't expect continuity of stats across those sections.
