problem with url

i got problem going to statcounter.com website

but when i goin from http://my.statcounter.com it ok

is there any problem with link? i had scan my pc for spy ware.

when i using the url www.statcounter.com i was unable to view statcounterwebsote ..
but when i use the url my.statcounter.com i was able to view statcounter site from there...

& my counter is also having a problem..

You are having a cookie or a security or privacy problem on your computer. You are blocking the site yourself somehow. Check firewall, anti-virus, anti-spyware and cookie handling for trusted and/or restricted sites.

Hi i had check i also did try to off my anti virus or firewall.. same cannot login..

i only can login from http://statcounter.com but www.statcounter.com cant

You are havign problecmwith your DNS resolver cache too.

Click Start button > Run . Type in cmd. When the dos window opens up type in, at the prompt place:
ipconfig /flushdns

Close that window.


Try again accessing with a new browser window.

Sorry to say, but all the latest security crap around XP makes it impossible to get to an awful lot of web sites. Add to this your own ISP messing up the DNS, and it's a real headache.

Other things I've tried and they sometimes work to get to sites that suddenly don't load:

In Internet Explorer > Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Use SSL 2.0 and Use SSL 3.0

Delete all temporary files and cokies.

Hi.. i had try both same problem.....

now is i cannot go in by using the url http://www.statcounter.com/

but if i use http://statcounter.com/ i can go in but those image inside cannot be view.

You are disabling images.

Go through Tools > Internet options > Advanced and find the place where it says to show or not to show images.

Privacy and security settings. Firewall. Anti-spyware stuff. One or all of these contribute to block this and other sites.
