Is it possible to view info such as visitors and country summary for longer than just the one day (today) e.g. since the project was created - for example is there a way I could see from what nationality people that came on my site were betweem 10th-12the of February?

All your stats are based on the current contents of your log. For the free account the log is limited to the latest 100 pageloads recorded. Most probably hits from the date you want are off the log already.
