Hi,
When I checked my counter (Project 295208) this morning, I'd had only 70 visitors, rather than the 200 or so I was expecting. The site doesn't appear to be down and I haven't had any hits since about 5.30am this morning. Is Statcounter down? I don't have a regular enough flow of visitors on my other sites to be able to tell if they're down in numbers too, or whether it's just this one site.
Thanks for any help,
Sarah

:cry:
I have the same problem ! It appears the new hits from this morning are not being logged , or at least we cannot see them at the moment.
I removed my blocking cookie and went into the website, but it does not register in the statistics.

I've got a similar problem, with one project not registering (336221). It hasn't recorded visits since around 6am UK time today. But other projects are picking up visitors. Strange huh?

Its getting more strange ! The page load statistics for Sunday June 12 just mysteriously increased. For us it jumped about 70-100 from yesterday. (project 352087)
The total hits are still being tracked you can see it if you click on "my projects" and look at "Total" from the first screen. But, the "hit usage" appears to be wrong . The "total" is increasing the "hit usage" is not.
The projects (webistes) can be on different servers, so check up what server they are on. Those sites where the counter don't work are probably on the same server, the one that is (or was) down.
You find the server in the the link to the php file within the counter code, starting like this:
src="http://c3.statcounter.com/counter.php?sc_project=
This counter are on server "c3". If the server error still stands, send a support ticket from your account page and mention the server name

It is c2 that is down. It's the one that always breaks. I just sent a support ticket about it.
Edit: I received a response to my support ticket within minutesof submission. Scheduled maintenance on that server lasted longer than planned, but it should be back up and running within the hour.
