Help! My stats have disappeared!

I'm a long-time Statcounter user - it's a great tool, and I use it every day. But last week all the stats in my accounts disappeared! The total hits figure is still there, but all the other records have been set to 0. What's going on?? How do I get my stats back?

How have they disappeared? Nothing in the summary? did you try different date ranges? Aggust has only just started, so the current month may well have 0 hits do far.

How about recent pageloads? is that empty? that's your log. If it's empty, did you reset your stats? That wipes it all out and starts over.

I notice that today's hits on my sites are being reflected on Statcounter. However, the rest of the week in the 'Daily' view are reading 0 (although I know there have been hits on these days). If I select the 'Weekly', or 'Monthly' view, the hits appear to have been recorded. I should point out that I encountered the same issue last week (i.e. the last week in July) - that week's stats also read 0, although the total hits for each of my sites appeared to be correct. And I did not reset my stats.

Pick a longer range and you will see everything.

If you go by the week, then the first week in August has started today. The last week in August ended yesterday.
