Very small bug?

Firstly - great program, great product.

Bug: I had a visitor described logged as being from Vienna, Austria by Statcounter, but he has been marked as Swedish for some reason.

I am reciving visitors where the stats says e.g. the region and city is Kosovo and Pristina, but the country is Sweden! I'll guess everybody knows where Kosovo and Pristina i located, and it's not in Sweden.

So why is Sweden coming up as the country? In this example the IP address belongs to the Swedish Defence Material Administration. So even if they are in Kosovo they use a "Swedish" IP address for the computer used there and get logged as if the country they are in, is Sweden.

I'll guess a lot of similar things happends all the time around the word this days, and therefore the stats for region, city and country can look like they are totaly wrong if if it is right.
