Some of our members are experiencing a "Database error".

I've reported this and it should be resolved, shortly.

The login has not been a problem most of the day.

Now at 4:00 pm l am now getting the database error when attempting to login.

Wanted to let someone know.

I get the

Database Error
A link to the database server '' could not be established.

message as well. This only seems to happen when I try to view the Recent Visitor Activity for my projects. Other stats seem to work fine.

I am getting the database login error, but I'm also sometimes getting the "bad password/login name"???

Also tried to get my password e-mailed to me, but nothing's in the inbox.

I'm having the same problems. I guess we'll just have to be patient - but it's really hard having withdrawal symptoms from your stats!

Hello,

I apologise for this inconvenience - there was a bug with the software sending too many requests to the wrong servers. This has been fixed and full service should be restored.

It's 18:46 EST (23:46 GMT) and my account is still experiencing the database resolution issue.

Full service has been restored to most members however we are performing some essential maintenance to server c13 at the moment.

Maintenance finished on c13 and full service restored to all members.

Are you having any trouble now?
