RESOLVED: c12 server - delayed stats

Hello,

There is a lag in the reporting server for c12 - we are investigating the issue - no stats are lost but are delayed by a few hours for some reason.

It was a network issue delaying the update of the stats - it has been resolved and real-time stats will be restored within about an hour or so.
