Same here, about 9:03 this morning. Sent a ticket, but haven't heard anything.
Same here... haven't had anything since about 10 am or so. Very odd.

What does "partition 12 - c13" mean? Does this happen often or is it a random event? I just started using for about 1 month+ and so far have been great.
Thanks.

Partition 12 is the number in "var sc_partition" in the javascript portion of the counter. "c13" is one of many servers that appear in the url of the image in the html only or the <noscript> portion of the counter. Last time there was problem on that same partition/server was more that a month ago, I'll guess it's just bad luck the same server is affected again? The servers my counters use has worked without any problems for months, up to a year or more. At least I have not notice anything worth complaining about ;)

Replication stopped for this server some 12 hrs back. This has been fixed now and service for all affected accounts should be back within next few hours.
Apologies for the incovenience.

Yet another problem with C13. :!: Lately that seems to be happening often.
You guys must not have a computer hammer in your toobox...that will fix it GOOD! :-P

That's exactly what is needed... a *BIG* hammer! If that doesn't fix it at least it'll relieve a bit of stress for the engineer
John.
A sense of (black) humour at last!

That depends on how big of a hammer is being used to fix it. http://forum.statcounter.com/vb/images/icons/icon12.gif
Hi,
We had a syncing problem in the partition, when one of the servers crashed. This server is not stable latley and we are working with EV1 to find what is causing the crashes and repairing it as soon as possible.
Service is now back to normal.

SO since this is for a certain server, I'm curious about how accounts are set up in each sector.
Is each project on a random server, or are all of a user's projects on the same server? Can it depend?

We don't discuss the technical implementation of StatCounter in the forum I'm afraid :)
