RESOLVED: C13 problem

One of the servers in partition 12 has crashed again. We are working closely with EV1 to resolve this once and for all.

We are temporarily taking the c13 server offline so ev1 can investigate the server. We believe the problem to lie with a memory card or a power supply on the server. I apologise for any inconvenience - we always strive to work towards a 100% reliable and fast service.

Would this be why I cannot get access to my stats? This is the error message I am getting:

[Project 1427560 Down for Maintenance - Visitors are being recorded and stats will be returned shortly]

This has been there since last night.

And advice is appreicated.

EV1 has replaced the ram and probably the power supply. I hope this is the last of this crashes. The service is back to normal.
