RESOLVED: C13 - Lagging

C13 server is lagging as of now, We are aware of this issue and our development team has been alerted. I expect this to be resolved within next few hrs.

C13 is back up and updating stats however we are still investigating to find a permanent fix to these issues.

C13 is having database issues again and is off momentarily. We expect it to be back online shortly. We will continue to investigate and monitor this server till we find a permanent fix.

There was loss of data on the slave server, as the master bin logs had to be cleaned. The data is not lost on the master, however, and will be restored on sunday morning.

We deeply regret the inconvenience to those members who were affected.

Is that why my log usage shows as "0" even though there is currently activity at the site?

My log for a project on C-13 also shows 0, and although it shows activity on the Summary page, there is no other information on the other statistics pages such as Visitor paths.

Per our System Admin, this is most likely occurring due to corruption either on the master or on the slave (more likely on the slave). I'll provide more information as it becomes available.

Again, we should be able to restore the data. We appreciate your patience while we resolve this issue.

There is a problem with the reporting server for the c13 partition. We are going to resync the database again.
