Projects on partition 15 and server c16 are down at the moment.
The javascript portion of your inserted code will have this:
var sc_partition=15;
The html or <noscript> portion will have this in the url in the img tag:

Do you know when you expect the servers to be running again? Thanks

It works now but it's still a bit slow.
But it's lagging in reporting still.

Hi, Christina!
I've just talked with our system admin who says all should be fine, now.
We apologise for the inconvenience.

Seems to be having problems again.
Takes along time for button image to load.
Some hits are not logging.

Richard

No problem right now that I can see.
Seems to be having problems again.

No problem as I can see at this moment. Most times that kind of problems is caused by bad or slow connections "on the line" between servers, like DNS problems that normaly is solved within a short time.

As of 11:55am pacific (GMT - 8:00) Friday, my log stopped registering new hits. I'm on partition 15 of c16. Were the problems from a day or so ago definitely resolved?
thanks

I had constant hits until 1:05 pm MDT today. None since then. I've personally generated hits on five different computers with no change in the hit count.
I'm on partition 15 server c16. I've now been six hours without service.
Counter used on my main pages, my forum pages, and my Cafe Press pages.

I was just gonna post that same info....all of mine showing are from yesterday
I have a few sites on this server that are not logging hits.
2 of them are on this server.

Well....this is already the second time in a week without counting.
Even with a paid upgrade, i have no info anymore

The counters are counter, so the hits are being logged. Just the reporting side is lagging.

Hmmmmm...
I've just wasted about an hour today modifying pages over and over to try and get the counter working again without any success.
For lack of anything else to think of trying, I decided to check the forums, and now I see that the problem is with the server, and I should have left my site alone!
Perhaps the support page might suggest checking system status on the forum *before* modifying your website?
Cheers,
Brian
