RESOLVED: Inflated Summary Stats for Partition 3/c4 server

We had to resync a slave database server yesterday for the c4 server. This seems to have caused some problems with an inflated count for 2 days for projects on that server.

We are investigating this issue and hope to restore the correct count for those 2 days.
