RESOLVED: Partition 16/c17 stalled

I apologise for the inconvenience. Partition 16/c17 is currently experiencing some database trouble. We are investigating the issue to resolve it asap.

I just noticed my site stopped logging visitors at 11:00 EST.

Me as well, but now I'm a bit relieved. When my traffic dropped off the face of the map, I thought it had something to do with the Google shuffle going on right now. As long as my sales continue, I will be patient.

me too. While the system is down are our hits still being logged, or will we have lost all the info?

C17 is back, Syncing has started and within next couple of hours all stats that were not updated will be back. (No loss of stats)

same problem :cry: i am facing from but i am not going to change my counter as this is the only best counter in the world. so i am not going to go for a another counter no matter what. so i will wait till you guys fix the problem. and by the way, i do whatever i can to support your work and i always click the google ads cause i know by clicking your ads, i will support your site one way or another. good job, thanks...

The log rolls all the time, so you always have only the latest X hits in there, there is no previous history available prior whatever hit is in #1 spot at any given moment. For the free account X is 100.

Cumulative stats would be reflected in the summary.

You cannot log in because it was down for everybody. Nothing to do with this.

The message was posted at www.statcounter.com .

It now seem to be fine again.
