I've never seen one. I've always thought that you'd have to write them yourself.

There are so many tools out there on the net to use, and i've search a few places and the tools I've found look crap!
There's quite a good selection here. I haven't used them all but what I have used seem quite good.

Hi Cyprus
I love these two:
http://www.seocompany.ca/tool/seo-tools.html (a directory of free tools to check almost anything you can think about)
http://www.Axandra.com/go.to/scandi4 (I have used the free trial version of this software. it can help you in a lot of stuff. there is no limited time to use the free version.)
Today i have these stats (http://whois.domaintools.com/superrake.com)
SEO Score: 82%
Meta Relevance: 91% Alexa Trend/Rank: 684,559 (1 Month) 1,415,451 (3 Month)
Im not completly unhappy ;)
Good luck!
