Apologies for the delay!

We are working on it and should be fixed shortly.

I have come to rely on the excellent service Statcounter provides. But this segment has been down for at least ten hours now, why is it taking so long to fix?

Come on guys, get it up again!!

--> nodding vigorously in agreement <--

A question: are the stats being recorded and do we merely have no access to them, or will there be a permanent hole in our memories?

Server is back and there are NO loss of stats.

Data is syncing and should be back in your account shortly.

Again our sincere apologies!

This has been down all day and now it says resolved but I still don't see any stats and I have tested it.

What gives? This has happened before. I beginning to wonder if STATCOUNTER really has been keep an accurate number of visits. Things have seemed off for a couple of months. My traffic number have really decreased for some reason. Is or has the partition number I am on been messed up or something?

Data is syncing and should be back in your account shortly. (It may take an hour or two)

Let us assure you that no stats are lost and you will be seeing your stats back as soon as database syncing is completed.

Also as long as statcounter code is installed on all your webpages it should not miss a single hit and we back our stats with detailed stats which provide you drill down upto pageload level. Do raise a ticket with us if you are concerned about accuracy of your stats and we can always check things out.

You sure about no loss of stats? Mine are WAY below what they should be at this time of the day. I checked and no visits are reported to have occurred after 10 hrs 11 mins ago. Is the system still synchronizing?

I see its still syncing and taking longer then expected. And yes I have a confirmation from develoeprs that no stats are lost.

From my experience, i think StatCounter is accurate, not to mention i've been using it for a year and a half now and it's rarely down. Thanks, you guys.

I just want to know how long is this syncing going to take? Because since yesterday, my stats are still 5 hours behind. I feel blind to be honest because i rely on StatCounter to help me check the people who are visiting my blog. If this syncing is going to take its time, i would prefer losing my day's worth of hits than continue having late data. :(

5 hours? is your time zone correct?

Of course it is. I even checked if my visit will appear. It didn't. Since yesterday, it's 5 hours late. Don't get me wrong. I appreciate StatCounter trying to restore every hits when it went down, that is so generous, but if i'm given the choice--if i have to--i'll give up my 5 hours worth of hits if that will give me an on time account of data because that's what i need.

Sorry I have no project on that partition to verify what's going on. I have many projects on most partitions, but I am missing a couple and this is one of them.

Maybe if you give the url to your site so we can take a look and make sure there's nothing else that's wrong in the code.
