Currently there is a problem connecting with one of Statcounter's databases - the one for the My projects page.

If you happen to be still logged in from a previous login, then you can access stats for individual projects by using this url:

http://my.statcounter.com/project/standard/stats.php?project_id=XXXXXXX

where XXXXXXX is your project number that you can find on any page where you have used Statcounter, in the javascript, as:
var sc_project=XXXXXXX;

Once you have accessed any one project that way, you can navigate to the other stats pages for that project.

Unfortunately you will need to check your individual websites to find what project numbers you have used for each.

I have already reported this latest breakdown, so it's just a matter of some time until it gets fixed. Of course it's the middle of the night in Ireland right now ...

Further to this, it seems that stats for projects on partition 0 (server c1) cannot be accessed in the way I described before, as they will run into the same database problem.

However stats for projects on other partitions (1 and higher) seem to be accessible in that way.

Hi all,

We're back up and running! :)

Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused. We had a problem with the c1 database server which has now been resolved. You should note that for members on this partition some stats will have been lost over the period. So if your Saturday stats look a little low - this is the reason. No-one gets more annoyed about this kind of thing than we do and we sincerely apologise for the service disruption. :oops:

For a number of months now we have been developing a new and even more stable system and today's issue serves only to redouble our efforts to get the new system implemented as soon as possible.

Should you have any queries that you would like to put directly to our support team, please use this form (http://www.statcounter.com/contactus.html) to contact us.

Many thanks for your support.
