I searched the Forum and already know that the city and state listed is the data center of the ISP, not necessarily where the visitor came from. I have a visitor who uses Fairpoint Communications as their ISP, and the location was Kansas; now there is a visitor I suspect is the same person, also with Fairpoint Communications, but the location now is New York.
The IP address is 67.158.155.47. The host name is dper-67.158.155.47.gtcom.net. Does the fact that the city and state changed mean this is a different person, or not necessarily? Is it typical for the city and state to change for the same ISP?
