Blocking cookies and Windows Vista

It seems since I have switched to Windows Vista, everytime I logout of statcounter, the cookie blocking tool reverts to "your visits are now being logged". how can I "set it and forget it"?

That means you are deleting cookies when you close the browser in Vista.

It will be a setting.
