My SC4 Beta Test is not working??

I have data in the primary account but none in the beta account. It's the same site of course and the beta code follows immediately after the production code.

I'm using just the SC4 Beta code on one of my sites. I have not set a blocking cookie yet for this site. I tried to hit one of my other sites with both old code and the SC4 Beta code, and that one does log the hit for old but not the new. Snowlark.com has both code (old & SC4 Beta), and StaffITRight.com has just the new code (SC4 Beta).

Any reason?

I diff'd my two footer.php files, and note considerable differences between code from about a week ago and todays generated code. Items missing, like the following:

Is missing in the newly generated code (from about a half an hour ago). In fact, that bit of code is missing in two places.

I use WordPress, and am hosted on LAMP (linux-apache-MySQL-PHP).
