The "country" page is currently showing the largest group of visitors with a blank in the country column of the table, and an labelled column first in the graph.
Same for the top two regions.
However drilling down to individual visitors shows that their countries have been identified at some level, and going back through recent visitors shows no problems either. It look like the data is there but is not being shown.
