Projects using SC4 are for beta testing.

You should not be using this as the only project to track if this is important to you.

Get a regular project going and use that, above the SC4 one.

Hey guys... it's beta, remember!

I know we all can't wait for all the extra features, but let's remember that it's not the finished product yet.

If you can't live without your stats everyday, then do as Webado says, use the regular SC3 code.

1. You should have both SC4 beta and the regular script installed
2. The statcounter team should enjoy the weekend even if we don't get dowloads and exit links

Mine stopped the 15th between 6 and 7 GMT.

Thanks! It's working again now... Or at least it seems to be... I guess it's normal with a ßeta version... They have to work on it from time to time... It was just to know whether it was happening only to me or everybody...

I don't have a commercial website or so thus it's no problem if it doesn't work from time to time...

By the way you're doing a great job Statcounter team! Thanks for your services! I also got download stats working, great! Love it!

Beta counter is taking rest from time to time now. Sometime skipping the whole day. Normal counters are working fine.

SC4 appears to have stopped working. Well at least on my site anyway. It stopped working approx 4.35pm Monday afternoon.
I really need these stats working, How can I revert back to the old version of stats on this site. Whenever I regenerate the code it looks exactly the same?

I have another site that I use SC3 on and all is working ok.

I've logged a support ticket but seems like everyone is busy (fixing it?)
because I've heard nothing and theres no fault report in the forum.
Hope someone finds the problem soon.

They are working on it :mrgreen: there have been some posts about it.
It has been out more or less since friday, yesterday was more or less ok until the afternoon.
