I have a relatively new site.
When I'm on it, I can see who else is on it.
I usually have Statcounter open in a separate window, and as I identify members (especially when there's only one on the site) I label them in S/C with their user name.
I've noticed that two different members are getting "read" as the same, by S/C.
S/C says this user is from GA. "Mommy34" and "Tina" are the two members that S/C logs as the same person. I have spoken on the phone with "Tina" so I can be sure she is actually in Idaho. I have her phone number and it's shown on my caller ID. Her name doesn't come up but it does say the city and "ID" (for Idaho).
The board was practically dead today, but I just refreshed my screen and saw Tina was on. I refreshed S/C and the user was labelled "mommy34".
This has had me going several times when I thought I'd made a mistake and mislabelled one or the other. It's happened enough now though, that I know the error isn't mine.
Isn't this weird?
Any ideas?
TIA...
