Why do some referring URL’s disappear when going to click on it to visit the original site?
I have never seen such a thing. What is "some" referring URL's?
You need to be more specific about what you mean.
Also tell e.g. what browser(s) and OS you have.

Perhaps Diesel is referring to the absence of URL's visited in the "Recent Visitor Activity" pages. I experienced a loss of URL's today as seen below.

Oh, yes. This was seen using Seamonkey on XP SP3 & Firefox 10.0.2 on a Vista (belch) machine.

all refering urls are visible. On some as you aproach, your cursor (pointing finger) as you touch the link, the link evaporates into cyberspace. I have a freind in South Korea who has 2 differnt web sites (Trucking) one site activates correctly but the other dissapears before you can actualy click on it. I do not know how other way to describe it other than as the finger touches it, it disapears. Only certain web sites. When pulling the cursor away from the missing link location, the link reapears. It cannot be activated............ Browser is Internet explorer.

Hi Diesel,
Do you have the project id for the project that is not working correctly?
What version of Internet Explorer are you using, and what OS?
Could you also take a screencast of this issue using http://screenr.com/ ?
Once we have this information we'll be able to look into this issue more.
Thanks,
Aodhan

I am using XP-PRO with Internet Explorer 8, browser. After reading about which browser I was using, I downloaded OPERA browser to test it again. All the links work in Opera properly, but the same ones still disappear in Explorer.
Once I figure out the screener thing I will try and use it. I am still a trucker and not a computer whiz.
